From the M23: Exit at Junction 10 (DO NOT take the Junction 9 exit to Gatwick). Turn onto the A264 signposted to East Grinstead and follow this road to the roundabout. Take the second exit staying on the A264. Carry on to the second roundabout, take the second exit keeping the Dukes Head Restaurant to your right. Carry on for three quarters of a mile until you see the large Shell Petrol Station on the right. Turn into the petrol station forecourt and APH’s entrance is clearly signposted.


Arrivals procedure

Go to reception and present booking confirmation and get coach to Airport.

Return procedure

Proceed back to drop off point and collect bus. The drop off and collection point at the North Terminal has moved. Customers are now asked to go to the new drop off and pick up point next to the Jubilee House. Directions for this is; exit Customs and remain on same level, turn right once you are outside the terminal and follow the path around to the right and you will pass Jubilee house, continue along until you reach the designated APH stop which is signposted "off airport car parks". Customers can also contact the reception on 01342 710079 if they are confused. They will be given these details on arrival as well. RETURNS 0800 3589 444/Text 07520 615575. The drop off/pick up point at the south terminal is now bus stop 7 + 8.The drop off/pick-up point at the north terminal is bus stop 6 + 7.

Can transport a folded wheelchair on the coach, disabled toilet. Staff will help with the loading and unloading of luggage into and off the buses and between cars, There are also low level floors and ramps available. Seating is also available in reception. Gatwick North's new drop off and collection point is around to the right. follow the path round adjacent to the overhead road. Off airport bus point is at the end. For customers confined to wheelchair, advise customers that our new buses are fixed with Wheelchair facilities & should they arrive when there is not a new vehicle available a car parker of chauffeur will run them to the airport.

Turn left at the next roundabout by Tesco in the direction of the Western International Market / Southall onto Hayes Road. From Hayes Road. Go past the Western International Market and after about 500 yards, drive straight over the mini roundabout. The road bears to the left over a canal bridge. Brent Road is the next turning on the left at a mini roundabout. (used car lot on that corner). Purple Parking Park & Ride Terminal 2 & Terminal 3 is at the very end of Brent Road after bearing right at the International Trading Estate.

Arrivals Procedure

Check in at our arrival kiosk, drive to the car drop off area, hand your car keys to your bus driver and board our courtesy bus. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before your airport check-in time.

Once you approach the entry barrier, the Automatic Number Plate Recognition should recognise your number plate and the barrier will raise. Should the barrier not raise, scan the QR code from your booking confirmation email or press the intercom button for assistance & quote name & booking ref.

Return procedure

Upon exit, the Automatic Number Plate Recognition should again recognise your number plate and the barrier should raise automatically. If required, simply press the intercom button for assistance.

Customers must enter the Long Stay Car Park terminal that they booked for or they will be billed twice for their stay. MANCHESTER AIRPORT has closed one of its car parks due to re-surfacing . This has resulted in T2 Long Stay Car Park, becoming busier than expected, and is becoming full.

All pre-booked travellers for T2 are being re-directed to T1 and T3 Long Stay Car parks and extra buses have been provided for T2.

Please advise that upon the return to T3 or T1 Long Stay, you do not enter an entry ticket. Press the intercom button at the exit barrier and quote the APH ref number and the fact that the T2 Long Stay was full and the staff will verify the reference quoted and the barrier will be lifted, there will be no extra charges made.
